In nearly 50 years of buying white goods in the UK, I have never received such good service from a supplier at a reasonable cost. Compared to AO, John Lewis, and many other previous suppliers, they were exemplary.

Ordered a dishwasher around 4pm on Sunday; it was delivered and installed on Monday morning by Mike and Gareth, for whom nothing was too much trouble. I will be back for more without doubt and recommend them to friends and family. Well done guys!

Really brilliant stuff from Toplex.
From their online chat system where I had a couple of questions answered, to being able to deliver my freezer the next day, though to the excellent delivery drivers perfectly following social distancing protocols, it was all great.

The drivers called ahead to say they were on their way. They wore masks and were both very polite. You are all a credit to the company especially in the times we are living in currently. Thank you again so much.

My dishwasher broke last Monday and I could not source one anywhere. Contacted toplex and chatted to Karl who was extremely helpful in guiding me through the options.Having never bought on line I was anxious but I had no need to worry they delivered and fitted one yesterday. The arrived on time were very professional and gave us confidence. It was a tricky job as we have ceramic tiles and they were extremely careful not to damage them.

We could not be more pleased with this company we have never had such a personal service - it has made our Christmas.
