Ordering & Delivery

Please check your measurements before placing your order to ensure your purchase will fit in the designated space.

If you are unsure about this, please contact us to check or request our measuring service. Our measuring service is available in the local area for £30, which is deductable against the purchase of a new appliance.

If an item is too large or too small, then a re-stocking fee will be charged, in order to return the item.

We deliver to all postcodes within Lancashire, Merseyside and some parts of Yorkshire.

If you are unsure as to whether you are within our delivery area, please enter your address at the checkout under “Calculate Shipping” and click “Update Totals”. If you are not eligible for free delivery, a message will be displayed in red. Unfortunately,  this means that you won’t be able to complete your purchase.

  • You can place orders on our website, at one of our stores, or by contacting us via telephone.
  • Where products are shown as “In stock”, you can select your delivery day and time slot, just before Checkout. Where products are not in stock, the lead time is typically 3-4 days. Once we receive your order we will contact you to arrange a suitable day and time for delivery, at your convenience,

We can sometimes offer same-day delivery for stock items ordered before 11.30 am. This is dependent on our delivery schedule, but we are happy to oblige, where possible. Please call us to check availability, or message us, using the Chat function on the website.

Please make sure our delivery men have clear and safe access, removing any valuable or dangerous/heavy items from the doorways and passageways through the property.

Please notify us in advance if:

  • The delivery involves stairs or cellars.
  • There may be parking difficulty parking.
  • The delivery is to a flat or an apartment.

Yes. We offer a very reasonably-priced recycling service. You will find this option just prior to the Checkout section. Please ensure that an accessories from your old appliance that you may wish to keep, are already removed prior to our recycling of your old appliance.

Refrigeration must be complete with drawers and shelves. Otherwise, we will not be able to remove the appliance.

Returns & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP. Depending on the time elapsed since your order was placed, a cancellation charge may apply.

Products that have been installed or used cannot be returned.

Products that have been delivered, but remain in their original packaging, may be returned if we are notified within 28 days of delivery. However, they will be subject to a re-stocking fee.

Please get in touch via telephone or e-mail if you are unsure about a product before purchasing, and we’ll be glad to offer advice!

Servicing & Spare parts

Should a fault arise within the warranty period, then we are happy to contact the manufacturer on your behalf to arrange an engineer visit. The warranty is a repair warranty, and exchanges can only be made at the manufacturer’s discretion. 

Please be sure to follow all troubleshooting and maintenance advice for your appliance, as referenced in the instruction manual, prior to requesting a service call. The manufacturer reserves the right to charge for their time, in the event of no fault being found.

Yes we can, but not whilst the guarantee is still active. You can contact us for a quote.

Yes we can. To purchase spare parts we will require the make, model and serial number. Please contact us for prices and availability.


Installation and Recycling

The installation of freestanding appliances, includes disconnecting the old appliance and then connecting, and levelling the new appliance. We will then test the appliance to ensure there are no issues.

The installation of integrated appliances, includes all of the above, plus, the refitting of cupboard doors and plinths where applicable.

The connections for water, electric and gas must be suitable existing points. The installation service does not include additional plumbing or repairs to plumbing, or re-wiring or the fitting of electrical junction boxes. We will not install where the plumbing or wiring is of a substandard quality.

We can recycle your old appliance, when delivering your new appliance. You can select this option prior to Checkout.


Gas installations are arranged with one of our Gas Safe – registered engineers. Please ensure that your kitchen meets current requirements for installation on gas appliances. Please ask our staff if you have any queries on this matter.

A measuring service is available for £30, refundable upon the purchase of your new appliance. We will arrange to measure the space at your home or business, to ensure your new appliance will fit into the designated space.
