The delivery guys were early, they tried to call me but my phone was off, they came to my home anyway, my son was home, they explained they were early but would have come back in the allotted time slot had no one was there. They had taken all the packaging away and left the dishwasher were it needed to go.

My washer broke down Friday night and I phoned up at 09:00 Saturday morning. By 14:30, the new machine had been delivered, installed, and the old one removed. Great service, good price and would recommend to anyone.

My existing built in oven stopped working 1 week before Christmas (panic!) – Phoned Toplex 9.15am on Monday morning and a new one was delivered and fitted within 1 hour of me phoning them – That is what I call service! – I thought the price was very good too. I just want to say thank you on behalf of Strategic HR for the fine service we received from your staff yesterday. Our (only)kettle broke two weeks ago and getting a replacement was becoming a chore. However, as one of our suppliers, we were able to order a kettle from you through our P2P system. I then picked the kettle up within the hour along with an invoice to be paid after the fact.

After searching for a particular size of freezer I actually found one that would fit locally and CHEAPER at Toplex. I promptly ordered, arranged a time and date for delivery and hey presto, everything ran like clockwork.
Delivered on time AND placed in situ by courteous staff!

Ordered a Siemens washer at 10.30am over the phone. By the time I got home from work at 5pm, my old machine had been drained and removed and the new machine was working on its first wash.

We bought a Siemens frost free fridge freezer at 11:42am from your store earlier today. We didn’t have any intention of buying one today at all but we were VERY IMPRESSED with your store, helpfulness and service.

Mel was really very helpful and let us order at the very last minute and even tho the fridge did not come on time she kindly lent us a fridge and freezer. The guys who brought the freezer were very helpful and brought it in carefully even with all the snow and took all the packaging away.

Why dice with the turbulent retail park experience when you can pull up on your local high street, receive an efficient, helpful and polite service and have your cooker fitted within three days, all at a fair price? Toplex were excellent.
When my cooker died, I braced myself for a mission finding a new one on a Saturday. Toplex asked me what I needed, gave me a choice which fitted my requirements (without bombarding me with too much choice) and fitted it on Tuesday. The engineer rang me from nearby and turned up exactly when they said he would. He was polite and made no fuss, fitting the appliance in 10 mins. He returned 2 weeks later with the microwave I had ordered, exactly as promised.
I highly recommend you use your local independent and support your high street; this experience was infinitely better than the soulless, online-customer-services-fiasco of ordering a John Lewis washing machine. Thank you Toplex

Had a 20 year old pull out Bosch fridge which failed , Toplex advised the best option as an alternative replacement, this was another Bosch but a normal fridge which needed the door fitting again.
Toplex removed the old fridge and fitted the new one , very professional personnel who fitted it superbly.
Highly recommended, cannot recommend using them highly enough , would not hesitate recommending Toplex.

Our elderly frig-freezer broke at New Year. Late morning Saturday 2nd January I called and chose its replacement, by mid afternoon it had been installed and the old one and all packaging removed by Toplex staff.
We have been customers for many years, partly because we like to support a local family business but mainly because their staff are always very pleasant and well informed, the products are good quality sold at very reasonable prices, there is never undue sales pressure, and any after care is dealt with efficiently. I realised my integrated fridge freezer wasn’t working as it should so visited the Lytham shop Saturday afternoon with a good idea of the make etc. I wanted.
After being given a very good deal which included delivery, fitting and removal of my old one in comparison to another local shop which was 100 more expensive and charging another amount of £90 for fitting.
I couldn’t believe it would be delivered the following day (Sunday) given an approx time and a phonecall 30mins before arriving. The delivery guys were great, pleasant helpful etc and we were up and running in about 30mins and it was a difficult awkward space and plug to work with but they just were happy to get on with the job.
Would defo have no hesitation in buying again from Toplex. Thank you.
