With flexInduction, the flexible cooking zone automatically extends to accommodate extra-large cookware (up to 24 cm) in diameter. If one zone is not big enough for your cookware, your hob takes control and activates more inductors for even heating. It’s also an excellent option for using teppanyakis or griddle plates up to 40 cm long.

Operating your hob just got more intuitive. With the touchSlider, simply touch or slide your finger to control the power level of your cooking zones. The heat regulation takes place in half levels, up to a maximum setting of nine.

Now there is no need to have to think about adjusting heat settings while you cook. The fryingSensor Pro keeps the heat in the pan at a consistent level, with the choice of 11 temperature options. The intelligent sensor controls the temperature and avoids burning, so you get excellent results every time.

powerBoost – Increases the power of an induction zone by up to 50%.

powerBoost increases power by up to 50%, which can save on the time it takes to heat up pots or cook large quantities depending on the chosen dish.

Pause – Pause the cooking process and focus on other things for up to 10 minutes.

Do you sometimes get distracted while you’re cooking? Just take a short break: with the Pause function, you stop the heating of your hob and block all buttons immediately. Now you have time to focus on other things. After a maximum of 10 minutes, continue cooking as if nothing ever happened.
